Help us make a difference by voting for which charity you would like us to donate to in honour of the Southampton Boat Show. All you have to do is complete your contact details and you will be entered into the draw for the paddleboard and a donation will be made to your chosen charity. If you own a boat, we will then contact you to provide a quote when your cover is due.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. A charitable donation of £100 will be made for every 100 contact forms completed by visitors to the Southampton Boat Show 2024 up to a total of £1000.
2. Participants completing the contact form have the option to choose one of the following charities to donate to 1. Clean Ocean Sailing, 2. Ocean Youth Trust, 3. Sea Life Trust. Donations will only be made to these charities and no alternative will be considered.
3. By completing the contact form, participants will be entered into a prize draw for an inflatable paddle board.
4. 1 winner will be chosen by random draw on 30/09/24.
5. The winner will be notified using the details provided at entry on the day of the draw If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
6. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
8. The promoter is Towergate Insurance, a trading name of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited, a part of the Ardonagh Group (the “Promoter”).
9. UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Ardonagh Group Limited or any of its group undertakings from time to time, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the offer can participate in the prize draw and complete the contact form.
10. Free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.  
11. All contact details must be submitted via the online entry form/QR code on the Towergate website. Only one entry per person is permitted. 
12. Entries open on the 13^th September 2024 at 09:00am. It closes at the end of the Southampton Boat Show at 17:00 on 22^nd September 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for contact forms not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.  
14. Charity donations will be made within 28 days after the event close. You will receive confirmation by email using the details provide on the contact form once the donation has been made.
15. Donations are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the charitable donations or prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  
17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  
18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.  
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result participating in the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.  
20. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy, which can be found at the Promoter’s website.  
21. The entries will be governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
